Easy 4-Step Process!

1. Pre-mixed material is fed into the
hopper down into the u-shaped,
15" diameter pocket feed system.

2. The feed system rotates via
heavy-duty oil bath spur gear drive
as material drops into the pockets.

3. The air source propels the material
through the discharge outlet.

4. The material is conveyed by air through the hose to the nozzle, where water is added and the material is hydrated to the desired slump.

Performance is relative to cycle rate, mix characteristics, line size and distance. Max output, line pressure and distance can not be achieved simultaneously. We reserve the right to amend these specifications at any time.
