Mix-Elvator Dry-Mix
Batch Plant & C-10 Rotary Gun
The Mix-Elvator TM model 634 dry-mix gunite batch plant and C-10 dry-mix gunite machine are shown on a gunite pool shoot. Gunite Supply manufactures gunite bacth plants that allow contractors to eliminate the need for ready-mix truck deliveries. The batch plant is used to mix sand (aggregate) and cement on the jobsite and deliver to a mounted gunite machine. The C-10 gunite machine conveys the dry material through gunite hose (up to 1,000 ft) to the nozzle where water is added. The nozzleman controls the water content as he places the gunite material on the surface. The water content affects the slump (or fluidity) of the material.
Cyclone Gunite Machine
The Cyclone TM model CY-61 gunite machine is designed and manufactured to fulfill the need for powerful material placement using a compact, mobile machine. The Cyclone delivers a smooth, steady flow of pre-mixed material into various hose sizes and allows even hydration at the nozzle. The Cyclone's continuous-feed system allows expertly placed material at your job site. The Cyclone is well-suited for concrete repair projects such as highway bridge repair, tunnel reinforcement, swimming pools and spas, irrigation and drainage canals, water reservoirs and basins, park and zoo settings, bank stabilization, retaining and fire walls, concrete restoration and preservation.
