The Mix-Elvator Model 634D is a medium
to high production gunite batch plant (dry shotcrete) for sand /
cement proportioning, mixing and conveying of dry Gunite /
Refractory materials. The Mix-Elvator is the modern day "Micon Rig, " which was the first gunite rig to offer a mixing and feeding system combining gun and trailer. Coupled with a C-10 Rotary Gun, this unit
can be used for a variety of Gunite Concrete /Refractory
maintenance and construction projects. Standard unit is powered
by 30 HP Diesel engine, equipped with an efficient hydraulic
drive train, exclusive "Hydraulic-Ratio" proportioning system,
and is mounted on a heavy-duty single axle trailer with electric
brakes and complete light package. The Mix-Elvator gunite
batch plant eliminates the need for material deliveries.
